Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Weaving/Warping Operators to join our night shift team. In this role, you will operate and monitor weaving and warping machinery, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor weaving and warping machines to produce high-quality textiles.
Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality, making adjustments to maintain standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in textile manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
Ability to work night shifts reliably.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
