We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Operator to join our team and help us meet the demands of our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Operator, your daily tasks will include:
Print and organize paperwork and labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Apply Purchase Order (PO) labels to each box for all outbound orders.
Palletize, band, and shrink-wrap outbound orders for shipment.
Properly identify and label each pallet to ensure correct shipments.
Scan outbound orders for accuracy and timely processing.
Load and secure pallets for both TL (Truckload) and LTL (Less-than-Truckload) orders.
Lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs – 100lbs continuously throughout the shift.
Bend, stoop, and stand for 8+ hours per day.
Safely load and unload trailers using Sit-Down forklifts, squeeze-lifts, or manually.
Move stock to designated areas in the warehouse.
Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Review pick lists and freight manifests to ensure correct orders.
Verify that boxes are correctly labeled before shipping.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
High attendance rate and a dependable work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Committed to quality work and a safety-first approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently.
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
