Job Description
Distribution Assistant – $17/hr | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Distribution Assistant to join our team! This position offers the chance to grow within a supportive warehouse environment and transition to a permanent role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and scanner equipment
Perform picker/packer tasks and handle repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations
Follow safety procedures and food safety guidelines
Use ERP systems (training provided)
Ensure proper care and return of all equipment
Requirements:
Must be forklift certified with recent hands-on experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) to support clear communication with team members
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred
Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
