Trailer Technician/Mechanic

Do you speak fluent brake squeal, understand the subtle language of marker lights, and enjoy the thrill of defeating a stubborn wheel seal?
If yes—great.
If no—also great. We still want to talk to you.
We’re looking for a Trailer Technician to join our crew and keep our fleet of open-deck trailers (flatbeds, step decks, and double drops) rolling smoothly—and not dramatically falling apart in the yard.
? What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Trailer Wizardry)
Performing brake jobs (because stopping is important)
Fixing lights so our trailers stop doing their best disco impressions
Doing preventative maintenance to keep little problems from becoming large, fiery ones
Replacing wheel seals and repairing flooring
Tackling any other mystery trailer issues that pop up (bonus points if you mutter “well that’s not supposed to happen…”)
Experience as a Trailer Technician or Mechanic
Knowledge of trailer systems—especially open-deck ones
Ability to diagnose and repair without shouting at the equipment (okay, you can shout a little)
Hydraulic experience = cool but optional
CDL = also cool but optional
Attention to detail and safety—because we like our team with all their fingers
