Job Description
Slitter Machine Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor slitting equipment
Set up machines according to production orders
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
Measure and cut materials to required specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete production paperwork
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
Good attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
Must have some slitter operating experience.
