HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $25–$35/hr (based on experience)
We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You'll also guide customers toward smart decisions on repairs, replacements, financing, and maintenance plans.

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You'll also guide customers toward smart decisions on repairs, replacements, financing, and maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle HVAC service calls (diagnostics, repairs, maintenance).
Educate customers on system issues, replacement options, and financing.
Maintain clean job sites and a well-stocked service vehicle.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team.
Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing training.
Mentor apprentices as needed.
Ensure timely, accurate paperwork and invoices.
HVAC experience and knowledge of local codes.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and use hand tools.
Desire to grow and improve as a technician.
