Job Description
Schedule, coordinate, and track outgoing shipments to customers and distribution centers.
Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, export documentation, etc.).
Verify accuracy of outgoing orders, packaging, and labeling.
Communicate daily with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments (sales, warehouse, and customer service).
Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
Ensure compliance with all shipping and safety regulations (domestic and international).
Support inventory management through cycle counts and reconciliation of shipped goods.
Optimize shipping methods and costs where possible.
Assist with receiving and other warehouse operations as needed
