Shipping Coordinator
Job Description
We’re hiring for a 2nd shift Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team! This is a temp-to-full-time opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Openings: 2 positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, etc.)
- Verify order accuracy, packaging, and labeling
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays
- Maintain records in ERP/WMS systems
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving as needed
Requirements:
- Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
