Job Title: Sewer (Industrial Sewing)

Position Summary:
The Bradley Group is seeking an experienced Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on sewing experience and the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sew furniture backs and pillows
Apply knowledge of baffle and boxing methods
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous sewing experience required
Knowledge of baffles and boxing techniques preferred
Ability to communicate in English desired
Flexible schedule and willingness to adjust hours based on workload
Schedule & Pay:
Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours may vary depending on production needs (occasional early departures or extended shifts required)
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
