Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
South Charlotte company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist. Duties will include:
- Strong order entry in ERP system
- Highly proficient with computers and comfortable managing high volume emails
- Strong Microsoft Outlook knowledge
- Possess shipping and logistics experience, including familiarity with parcel and freight shipments
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial and distribution preferred
- Inventory allocation experience during order entry preferred
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping and customer service teams
- Resolve order discrepancies and assist with customer inquiries
- Assist with freight-related documentation and shipment tracking
