Job Description
California based warranty company is looking for Remote CSRs to start on May 5th. Prefers candidates that live in Charlotte or surrounding areas. Must have 6+ months of call center experience and worked with call metrics/expectations. Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite and ability to navigate between multiple screens. Must be able to type 35+ wpm and have (1) job that has a year of tenure or more. Internet speed will be tested to work for this company. The company requires a remote workspace and will need to provide a picture prior to starting. The hours are 1p-9p with 1 weekend a month. Temp-Perm with room for advancement. $17 hr. to start.
