We will consider new and seasoned recruiters. One year of experience is preferred. Pay DOE.

Acting as a strategic partner, you' ll collaborate closely with our customers, develop creative recruitment strategies, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and guide the entire hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Identify methods for sourcing candidates and creating talent pipeline with high potential applicants.
- Keep detailed records in ATS/CMS including resumes, interview evaluations, contact information, etc.
- Complete onboarding process: including I-9, creating resumes, drug screens, background checks, etc.
- Manage client needs by working closely with each, to ensure job descriptions, and other criteria are are agreed upon.
- Excellent customer service provided to customers as well as applicants.
- Prepare candidates before interview with customer.
- Proven work experience in the staffing industry, specifically in a Recruiter role.
- Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding)
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles.
- Knowledge of job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
