Job Description
Recruiters are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter in Greensboro NC! Ideal candidates will have a proven track record working in a fast paced staffing environment and have the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsibilities: Work closely with clients/customers to agree on qualification criteria for candidates Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media. Source and contact candidates through ATS system and online (Indeed) Attend job fairs Screen resumes and job applications Complete on boarding process (I9, drug screen, etc) when candidate is being placed on assignment. Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires Update clients on hiring status Prepare candidates before interviews with clients. Create talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities Keep details records of candidates information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations. Excellent customer service experience is required.
Requirements: Proven work experience in the staffing/recruiting industry, specifically in a Recruiter role. Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding) Experience evaluating candidates for various roles. Knowledge of job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
