Quality Inspector
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Perform visual and physical inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Conduct quality testing and laboratory activities according to established procedures.
- Inspect raw materials and verify they meet product specifications
- Identify, label, and manage non-conforming materials and products
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Support investigations into quality issues and customer complaints
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
- Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated.
- Partner with Production, Operations, and Management teams to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good computer skills and ability to use electronic systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
