Job Description


If you have sewing experience, then this job may be for you. Currently Seeking a Production Sewer who operates industrial sewing machines to assemble garments or textile products in a high-volume manufacturing setting. This role demands precision, consistency, and adherence to design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up industrial sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, chain-stitch, cover-stitch, tubing machines) for joining, hemming, reinforcing, or decorating materials.

  • Read and interpret sewing patterns, garment specifications, or product guides, ensuring compliance with design requirements.

  • Inspect your work continuously to detect and correct defects such as skipped stitches, tension issues, or misalignment.

  • Perform basic machine maintenance—oil machines, change needles and bobbins, trim threads, and keep your station organized.

  • Align materials under the needle, guide fabric precisely, and ensure proper stitching following production samples.

  • Support production or R&D by sewing sample or prototype pieces as needed.
