CURRENTLY SEEKING EXPERIENCED PIPE FOREMANS!
The Bradley Group is hiring for one of the leading industrial HVAC engineering, manufacturing, and construction companies in the southeastern United States. We are growing rapidly and currently seeking EXPERIENCED Pipe Foremen to join one of our manufacturing plants in Browns Summit, North Carolina
The ideal candidate will have expertise in fitting, welding, and installation of piping systems, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to air systems and environmental control.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
- Plan and organize pipe installation activities, including material procurement and workforce allocation.
Fitting and Welding
-Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of piping systems.
-Execute precision pipe fitting and welding activities to ensure a secure and efficient connection of components.
Installation
-Oversee the installation of various piping systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations during installation processes.
Supervision and Leadership
-Lead a team of pipefitters, welders, and other construction personnel.
-Provide guidance and training to ensure the team's proficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Quality Assurance
-Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
-Address and rectify any discrepancies or defects in the piping systems.
Safety Compliance
-Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
-Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Communication
-Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Documentation
-Complete necessary project documentation, including work reports, progress reports, and material usage reports.
