Job Description
Must have 3 - 5 years of experience with High-end Upholstered Furniture Pattern making.
Must be able to read and interpret CAD drawings.
To be successful in this role, you must have a
strong sense of design and crafting knowledge/understanding.
? Collaborates with the Product Development Coordinator to understand and
interpret product concepts.
? Develops poly, cushions, and cutting patterns with precision and efficiency.
? Makes and maintains product specifications for each new style.
? Works with outside vendors to coordinate product materials for new styles and
one-time customs.
? Conduct thorough quality assessment at each stage of the development
process to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
? Stays abreast of industry trends, materials, and techniques to continually
enhance product quality and innovation.
? Works closely with each department to ensure seamless execution of the
product.
? Manages multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget
constraints.
? Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to resolve any
issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
