Job Description


If you have Supervisor experience in the Manufacturing industry, please stop and look no further.




Key Responsibilities: 

Supervise production cells or departments, assigning and monitoring workflows.

Train, coach, and develop associates—build bench strength and elevate skill levels within the team. 

Act as liaison between management and floor staff, supporting associates through process or organizational changes. 

Interpret specifications and job orders; ensure product standards and raw material use compliance. 

Recommend enhancements to equipment, layout, and workflow to boost productivity and lower costs. 

Handling equipment troubleshooting, logistical coordination, or cross-training in multiple production segments.
