Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff, while providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, escalate urgent inquiries, and manage general correspondence.
Handle mail and couriers: receive, sort, distribute incoming items, prepare outgoing mail, and document deliveries.
Manage office supplies: monitor inventory, order stationery and office materials, maintain reception area.
Provide administrative support: photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, faxing, preparing travel itineraries, and expense tracking.
