Lumber Puller
Job Description
We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to work as Stick Layers in a fast-paced lumber production environment. Employees will place spacer sticks between layers of lumber as it comes off the stacker to ensure proper stacking and airflow.
Responsibilities:
- Lay sticks between layers of lumber quickly and accurately
- Keep up with continuous production flow
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40–75+ lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Work Environment:
Industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
