Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Responsibilities:
Review and process vendor invoices
Perform three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments
Assist with month-end close and reporting
Maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications:
1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Part-time - 25hrs a week
