This is a rubber department position—hotter, messier, and strong odors due to solvated rubber and cleaning chemicals. Respirators are required (fit test provided after hire), and uniforms are provided.
Not ideal for candidates sensitive to strong smells or getting dirty.

Rubber Machine Operator – Kernersville, NC

Now hiring dependable candidates for a Rubber Machine Operator role. Forklift experience is helpful for staging finished pallets in the shipping department after inspection.
Job Duties:
Load rolls to be coated and sew seams
Maintain work order paperwork
Set up machines per specifications
Wrap finished rolls and send to packing with proper tickets
Support the Finishing Manager/Supervisor with additional tasks as needed
