Production Worker

Job Description
Overview:
The Winderhead 2 ensures product quality, safety, and efficiency on the production line. This role is responsible for stacking, packaging, labeling, and storing finished goods, as well as supporting production and maintenance teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Prepare materials per shop order specs (bags, labels, etc.)
Stack and package products correctly
Label and store finished goods properly
Assist with weighing, measuring, and counting products
Maintain clean work areas (6S standards)
Dispose of and recycle waste material
Support production and maintenance teams as needed
Complete required paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (75+ with help)
Comfortable working around machinery and in tight spaces
Available for 12-hour shifts every other weekend
Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
