Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to handle daily upkeep of campus buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include general repairs (carpentry, painting, light electrical/plumbing), HVAC support, event setup, custodial backup, and outdoor maintenance like mowing, irrigation, and seasonal cleanup.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience (or equivalent), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with tools and equipment is required; HVAC experience is a plus. Must be physically capable, flexible for occasional after-hours needs, and have a valid driver’s license.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on who enjoys keeping a campus safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
