Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor woodworking machines to manufacture moulding, trim, and specialty wood components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
Adjust machine settings for different wood profiles and materials.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating woodworking machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of hardwood and softwood species and their machining characteristics.
Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) with high precision.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
