Job Description
Now Hiring: Reco Lead
? Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reco Lead to help lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you take pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Disassemble, refurbish, and clean used containers and cages
- Lead and support department employees
- Ensure products move efficiently through production phases
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
- Monitor machine performance and report shutdowns
- Follow all safety procedures, including firebox safety checks
- Complete chemical coding ENU documentation
- Assist with minor first aid and report incidents promptly
- LOTO and Forklift Certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong attendance, leadership, and safety awareness
