Extrusion Technician – 3rd Shift
Local Greensboro Company hiring - Apply at 2640 Willard Dairy Road Suite 104- High Point, NC
Pay: $18–19/hr DOE
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 7PM–7AM
Breaks: Two 20-minute breaks and two 10-minute breaks
Status: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot extrusion and winding equipment
- Assist with startups, changeovers, and repairs
- Train and guide operators on production processes
- Complete production paperwork and follow quality standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain housekeeping
- Promote safety, teamwork, and efficient operations
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of hands-on production experience
- Mechanical experience required; electrical knowledge helpful
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
Manufacturing environment requiring teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around operating machinery.
