Line Lead
Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated MX Line Leader to help keep production running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have leadership skills, attention to quality, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support production line employees
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Monitor workflow and move product through production phases
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Report machine issues, policy violations, and incidents
- Ensure employees wear proper PPE and follow break schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in hot conditions
- Strong attendance and willingness to work overtime
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
