North Charlotte company is looking skilled Maintenance Technicians. As a Maintenance Technician candidates will be required to complete pre-inspection walkthroughs, maintenance, repairs, work orders & customer interactions. Must have proven experience in residential maintenance, handyman & property services. Strong electrical, plumbing, carpentry & drywall are required. Knowledge of HUD/INSPIRE is a HUGE PLUS! Proficient operating various hand-held tools and devices. Basic computer skills are necessary. 1st shifts with OT. Pay is DOE ($26+ hr.). Apply today & start ASAP.
