Job Description
Operate and monitor weaving machines to produce fabric according to specifications
Set up machines, including threading, tension adjustments, and pattern settings
Inspect fabric regularly to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and correct defects, machine issues, or irregularities
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Replace yarn, fix thread breaks, and ensure continuous operation
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
