Growing steel company in Charlotte is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, technical proficiency with manufacturing tools, and a commitment to quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to safety protocols.




The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience operating a CNC machine, laser or plasma table. Leadership skills are preferred. 




Schedule: Monday- Thursday 6:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Friday until noon.
