Blow Mold Technician
Job Description
We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate machines to mold plastic products to specifications
- Trim and regrind excess material from finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure production standards are met
- Keep machines stocked with materials and replenish supplies as needed
- Move products through the next phase of production
- Report machine shutdowns or issues to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
