Job Description


Experienced Fabric Cutters needed immediately for a High Point furniture company specializing in chairs and other seating. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30am-4:15pm with a 45 min lunch. Starting pay is $18/hour depending on your experience!




Fabric Cutters must be able to perform the following tasks:
  • Select the fabric by looking at the job number on the fabric or the type of leather
  • Select the pattern template for the product to be made
  • Using the pattern, outline the shape to be cut for the back or seat.
  • Using scissors or the electric cutter, cut the shape out.
  • Put the job ticket with the material and have the product moved to the sewing
    department.
  • Should have 5 years of cutting experience in the furniture industry.
