We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team! This role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and overall employee experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can successfully multitask, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage job ads on Indeed and other platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
Conduct drug tests and background checks
Process payroll and support payroll training (experience with ADP and PowerSoft preferred)
Maintain employee files and ensure ISO compliance
Create HR presentations using PowerPoint
Support office experience and employee engagement initiatives
2+ years of HR experience (full-cycle recruiting preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with payroll processing
Knowledge of ISO standards a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
