Dates: 4/22 - 4/29 Depending on the need.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently looking for a Greeter & Bag Checker to join our team for a short-term position from. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a positive impact on guests' experience.
Job Title: Greeter / Bag Checker
Location: Downtown High Point NC
As a Greeter and Bag Checker, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to greet guests upon arrival, store their bags, coats, hats, articles of clothing, and accessories securely during their showroom tour, and retrieve their belongings afterward. You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate count of guests using entrance and exit clickers and providing guidance and assistance as a "floater" throughout the lobby experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Perform efficient and thorough bag checks for all visitors, prioritizing their security and comfort.
-Ask a preliminary screening question: "Do you have an appointment?" to ensure smooth and timely service.
-Use entrance and exit clickers to accurately track and maintain a record of the total number of guests.
-Act as a flexible "floater" to guide and assist individuals during their lobby experience.
