General Laborer

Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves lifting weights ranging from 50lbs to 75lbs and working in either Cartop or Monolithics.
Responsibilities:
Stacking bricks on/off of a conveyor belt
Pressing mud into various shape and size bricks
Pouring concrete into molds
Assisting in moving bricks into drying rooms (tunnels)
Checking gauges
Maintaining clean and debris-free work areas
Requirements:
Ability to lift weights between 50lbs to 75lbs
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
Basic understanding of safety procedures
