Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cushion Stuffer. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the production of high-quality cushions by stuffing them with various materials. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for quality.
Responsibilities:
Stuff cushions with filler material according to set standards and specifications.
Ensure components are accurately measured and weighed before stuffing.
Inspect finished cushions for quality and conformance to standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Physical dexterity and the capability to lift moderate to heavy objects.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
