Customer Service/Order Processing Representative

Job Description
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills and experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Pay: $21–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Warehouse Environment
What You’ll Do:
Process and manage customer orders (email, phone, fax, or EDI)
Communicate pricing, shipping updates, and delivery details
Handle customer inquiries and complaints (RGA/RMA)
Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Support inside sales and maintain accurate customer records
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience
Great communication and attention to detail
