Customer Service Admin

Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
Assigned sales reps and territories
Handle heavy volume of incoming customer calls and emails
Check order status
Manage shipment inquiries
Resolve issues with defective products
Amend existing orders
Address product-related questions
Confirm product availability
Enter orders using custom order-entry software
Collaborate with shipping and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery
Proactively follow up on customer order changes
Process replacement part orders and credits
Manage catalog/price list requests and marketing materials
Resolve minor freight issues
Qualifications:
Strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in delivering high-quality customer service
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet usage
Familiarity with high volume email correspondence
Dependable attendance record
Proficiency in using various office machines
Experience in furniture industry preferred (but not required)
