Position Summary
The Beam Saw Operator/CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining bean saw and CNC machinery to cut, shape, and process materials according to production specifications. This role ensures quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals are met while maintaining efficient machine operation.

The Beam Saw Operator/CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining bean saw and CNC machinery to cut, shape, and process materials according to production specifications. This role ensures quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals are met while maintaining efficient machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor bean saw and CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and cutting parameters as needed.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
