Assembler
Job Description
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions to assemble metal and fabricated parts into finished products. Use standard hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, grinders) to join, fasten, trim, or adjust parts during fabrication. Measure parts accurately, make necessary adjustments or cuts, and ensure tight tolerances before installation or shipment. Conduct quality checks and tests at different assembly stages, and troubleshoot any defects, misalignments or mechanical issues. Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace; follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Document completed work, report progress, and flag any component shortages or equipment issues.
