Job Description
Are you a skilled professional with a proven track record in the fast-paced staffing industry? Are you looking for a role where you can showcase your ability to meet goals and deadlines on a daily & weekly basis?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, $18 per hour in the Greensboro area!
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Collaborate closely with clients to determine candidate qualifications
- Utilize various platforms, including career pages, job boards, and social media, to post compelling job advertisements
- Source and engage potential candidates through our efficient ATS system and popular platforms like Indeed
- Enhance candidate experience by conducting thorough resume screening and coordinating interviews
- Keep clients informed of hiring progress and present them with a shortlist of top-notch candidates
- Guide candidates through interview preparation to ensure their success
- Maintain organized records of candidate information and feedback in our ATS system
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire recruitment process
"Must Have" Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in the staffing industry
- Proficiency in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates for diverse roles
- Familiarity with popular job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
