Job Description
Must have good communication skills, a need win spirit. A positive attitude, the ability to think quickly, and problem-solve. You must have reading and writing comprehension. Math Skills: Be mechanically inclined and able to work well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily. Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor required to lift 50 pounds. Must have forklift certification and other heavy construction equipment experience is a plus.
Reports To: Manager or Production Manager Teams With: Estimators and Project Manager
Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining equipment, organizing materials needed for jobs sold, and loading installation trucks for the day job(s) while focusing on the company’s mission of “Providing quality fence installations and building relationships that last a lifetime.” Must have a positive can-do attitude daily. Demonstrate Company Core Values daily.
You will need to maintain a First Aid, CPR, safety, forklift, and Bobcat certifications (and others required for equipment operation). Assist in maintaining truck and equipment fleet. Maintain an orderly yard and warehouse. Unload incoming materials and supplies, verify the quantity and condition of the goods, and fill out incoming freight sheets. Pull and stage materials for sold jobs in designated staging areas. Load installation trucks with materials required for daily workload. Must be able to read a tape measure.
Maintain a valid driver’s license
