About The Company:
We are a dynamic and expanding metal manufacturing company recognized for our commitment to excellence and quality. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Purchaser in Denton, NC.
Position Overview:
As a Purchaser, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the seamless procurement of goods and services essential to our success. This position offers a salary ranging from 35k-50k, (great for someone looking to gain more experience or looking to make a transition) and flexible Monday-Friday schedule options of 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate supplier invoices with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness

Address and resolve routine billing discrepancies and issues promptly

Liaise with third-party vendors to facilitate timely and accurate payments

Efficiently manage office inventory and oversee procurement activities

Assist in the preparation and compilation of financial reports as needed

Identifying cost-effective procurement strategies and implementing best practices

Provide support to executives, managers, and owners in financial management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Proficiency in financial management and reporting

Effective communication and negotiation abilities

Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
