Position: MIG and TIG Aluminum Welder
As a MIG and TIG Aluminum Welder, you will be responsible for setting up welding machines and equipment, interpreting blueprints to understand product specifications, and performing precision welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing tasks. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the outstanding workmanship of their products.
Responsibilities:
Aluminum Welding: Execute MIG and TIG welding techniques on aluminum components based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
Fabrication: Collaborate closely with the fabrication team to accurately assemble and weld aluminum parts for their environmental control systems.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of welded components to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards and specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns promptly.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to achieve project goals and meet production timelines.
Problem Solving: Identify and address any welding-related issues, proposing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
Welding Expertise: Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, with a strong focus on aluminum materials. Welding certification is highly desirable.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Precision and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality welds with exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay starting around $20.00 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
Monday to Thursday schedule from 6am to 4:30pm, allowing for an extended weekend.
